A post claiming that a famous celebrity, referred to as "A", is causing disturbance with their dog's noise has sparked a controversy on an online community forum. The post titled "Can't live due to the noise from a famous celebrity's dog. What should I do?" was published on March 4th.
According to the post, the complainant, referred to as "B", has been suffering from noise pollution caused by A's dog barking. B stated, "Ever since A moved into the apartment below mine last June, the dog barks almost incessantly, day and night. I have repeatedly conveyed through the security office how difficult the noise has made my life, but eight months have passed with no improvement."
B further elaborated, "The owner seems to be away almost all day, showing no intention of improving the situation. The dog sounds desperately crying, and when contacted through the security office, it turns out the dog is left alone all day, raising concerns of neglect."
What exacerbates B's frustration is A's apparent affection for the dog on broadcasts, which contrasts sharply with the situation described. B mentioned, "Putting aside compensation for the damage, the continuous noise is not getting any better, so I am considering a lawsuit. However, the thought of facing the big lawyers from the celebrity's agency is daunting due to the costs and time involved. I've occasionally recorded the noise since June and have repeatedly reported the situation to the security office, though I'm not sure if that will serve as evidence."
This incident has raised concerns about prematurely judging the situation, especially in light of previous incidents where specific actors were indiscriminately mentioned in rumors, leading to unwarranted backlash. There's a growing call for caution to avoid a witch hunt before the facts are thoroughly investigated.
Dogs do that, especially younger ones, when left home alone for long periods of time. A few ways to remedy that:
🦴 a dog sitter,
🦴 drop them off at a doggie daycare,
🦴 or get another dog for a companion.
That is a miserable sound to have to listen to for even a few minutes. I pity both the animal and the complaining neighbor.
