NewJeans was honored with an award at the '2023 Billboard Music Awards.'
According to the '2023 Billboard Music Awards' results announced through Billboard's official website on the 20th, NewJeans was named the winner in the Top Global K-Pop Artist category.
Top Global K-Pop Artist was a category that included NewJeans, as well as Jimin (BTS), Stray Kids, TXT, and TWICE as nominees. It is also one of the four newly established K-pop related categories this year.
Billboard also released videos of NewJeans' performance and their acceptance speech on this day.
The performance video captured NewJeans showcasing 'Super Shy' and 'OMG' performances at a set filled with fans.
