The South Korean group TOMORROW X TOGETHER (TXT) has achieved a remarkable feat with their 3rd full-length album, "The Name Chapter: FREEFALL," by reaching the 3rd position on the US Billboard Main Album Chart, also known as the 'Billboard 200.'
According to a Billboard chart preview article released on the 22nd, "The Name Chapter: FREEFALL" recorded album sales of 114,500 copies, securing the 3rd position, following behind Bad Bunny and Drake.
The 'Billboard 200' chart rankings are determined by combining traditional album sales, streaming figures converted into album sales (SEA), and digital song download figures converted into album sales (TEA).
TXT's 3rd album achieved the highest album sales during this chart calculation period with 106,000 copies sold. SEA figures stood at 8,000, and TEA was 500.
Bighit Music, the group's management company, stated, "TOMORROW X TOGETHER has managed to chart all three albums they released this year on the 'Billboard 200.' Particularly, their 5th mini-album, 'The Name Chapter: TEMPTATION,' released in January, secured the 1st position and remained on the chart for 19 consecutive weeks."
