On September 20, HYBE announced that the global K-pop act BTS have successfully renewed their contracts with Big Hit Music.
According to the statement made on this day, all seven BTS members had renewed their contract and will be expected to continue as a group even after they all complete their mandatory military service.

Moreover, to express their deep gratitude towards the BTS phenomenon and the group's fandom, ARMY, Big Hit Music revealed they will donate 1 billion KRW (~754,398.20 USD) to the UNICEF Korea Committee.
BTS has continued their musical endeavors with Big Hit Music since 2013, when they debuted. In 2018, all members successfully renewed their contracts a year before the contracts expired.
