Hwang Min Hyun's label has released a statement on artist privacy and fan etiquette.
On June 29, his label Pledis Entertainment posted a statement on Weverse, warning fans against unauthorized visits. Pledis stated, "We'd like to inform you that unauthorized visits to the artist's unannounced events and scheduled activities, like drama filmings, have increased, causing disruptions," explaining that the visits have caused delays in filming and leaks of projects on social media.
The label further warned that repeated unauthorized visits can affect their eligibility for Hwang Min Hyun's 'Global Fan Club Membership,' including partial or total revocation of membership benefits, as well as restrictions from participating in official events.

I'm not sure that the threat of being thrown out of the official fan club is going to make any difference, if they're stalking him they need to be stopped effectively.
.
I don't get why 'fans' do this, how do they think interfering with his working life, to the point of delaying a filming schedule, is going to endear them to him? He's just going to see them as annoying pests, not that he'd ever say that, of course.
