Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin are taking legal action against fake news reports announcing the two are getting divorced.

The rumor began earlier this week when YouTube channel 1 Minute Issue (1분이슈) released more than one video titled 'Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin divorced after 6 months of marriage.' 

In one such video, posted above, it is stated that the couple got divorced this month, which is not only incorrect but also would not be six months after their marriage, as the couple got married much earlier than last September. The video also claims that Hyun Bin has a gambling addiction.

In response to the video, both actors' agencies released a statement. Hyun Bin's agency VAST Entertainment said, "We're monitoring the situation in real-time, and we will be taking legal action." Son Ye Jin's agency M Steam Entertainment also responded, "It's obviously fake news. We are continuously monitoring internally, and we have requested YouTube to delete the video. We will respond strongly, and we will be taking legal action in regard to this content."

Meanwhile, Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin were married in March of last year and welcomed their first child, a son, that November.
