BTS member Kim Taehyung, aka V, has people spellbound with his sweet Christmas cover.

On December 24, Taehyung gave fans the perfect winter gift by releasing a cover of the 1951 Christmas song "It’s Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas" on Soundcloud and YouTube. The classic song has been covered by artists such as Bing Crosby, Frank Sinatra, and Michael Bublé.

Taehyung showcased his unique and charming low-pitched voice that blends beautifully with the warmth emphasized by the jazz genre. He captivated fans with his own interpretation of the original song while following the traditional jazz singing method.

Since its release, Taehyung's surprise Christmas cover has garnered much attention and risen up the ranks on music charts.

On YouTube, Taehyung's "It’s Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas" cover was the #1 trending video worldwide on both the Music Videos and Music categories for two consecutive days.

His simple, home-made video for the song proved its popularity by surpassing recent K-pop comebacks and viral hit songs by Western artists.

On SoundCloud, Taehyung's song cover debuted at#1 on SoundCloud's New & Hot chart and Top 50 Song chart across all music genres.

With his new song, Taehyung extended his own record as the Korean act with the most #1 hits on the Soundcloud Global chart. His previous self-written songs 'Winter Bear,' 'Scenery' and 'Snow Flower' ranked at the top during their releases.
