Rapper NO:EL has been sentenced to 1 year in jail.
On October 14, the third division of the Supreme Court upheld the prison sentence of 1 year for the rapper, who was previously charged for driving without a license, refusing to take breathalyzer tests, and obstructing the execution of official duties.
At the first and second trials, NO:EL was sentenced to 1 year in prison, and he was acquitted of inflicting an injury on a police officer. NO:EL then appealed the ruling, and prosecutors requested 3 years in front of the Supreme Court. However, the Supreme Court upheld the 1-year prison sentence.
In 2020, NO:EL was sentenced to 1 year and 6 months in prison for driving under the influence and claiming his friend was driving instead. He was given 2 years of probation, but he was again arrested in October of 2021 for driving without a license, refusing a breathalyzer, and allegedly hitting a police officer on the head.

Oh! This is the guy whose dad is a politician and tried to protect him, right? Sorry, buddy. If you act ridiculously out of line enough, those family connections start losing their effectiveness.
