EXO's Suho and NCT's Taeyong caused laughter with their somewhat poorly executed good intentions.
Back on October 5, Red Velvet's Seulgi released her solo debut mini album '28 Reasons'. Many of her fellow K-Pop artists including Sunmi, Girls' Generation's Taeyeon, fellow Red Velvet members Yeri and Wendy, Cosmic Girls's Eunseo, and BLACKPINK's Jisoo gave Seulgi a shoutout via their Instagram stories. Seulgi in turn thanked them and re-grammed their posts, showing love.
However, two of Seulgi's fellow SM Entertainment label mates unfortunately did not get "re-grammed" by Seulgi, despite their shoutouts!
One netizen pointed out that NCT's Taeyong failed to tag Seulgi in his recent Instagram story post, where he shared a screenshot of him listening to '28 Reasons' and wrote, "Let's go noona." Thus, he didn't get to "go" anywhere with Seulgi 😂.
A similar situation occurred with EXO's Suho, who generously congratulated Seulgi by writing, "Congratulations on your solo debut, Seulgi 👍," but who again failed to tag Seulgi in the post.
When the news of these "left out" label mates reached Seulgi, the idol wrote in another story post, "Suho oppa, Taeyong, thank you for your congratulations, but please just tag me next time kekekekeke. I didn't see your posts until it was too late TT."
Netizens reacted with comments like, "This is so funny kekekekekeke", "Don't just go on your own Taeyong kekekekekeke", "Okay bye Taeyong kekekekekeke", "Taeyong can you wait for Seulgi please kekekekekeke", "But Seulgi didn't actually tag them either kekekekeke", and more.
It's nice of the fans to let her know the other 2 did congratulate her but failed to tag her..
and nice of her to leave a message back to them
