aespa took the top spot on this week's Circle Album Chart.
On July 14 KST, Circle Album Chart (formerly Gaon) released the rankings for this week's update, and aespa's second mini-album 'Girls' debuted straight at #1 on the chart, with 1,426,487 copies sold.
Originally released last July 8 KST, 'Girls' already had over 1.4 million units sold in its first week of release, setting a new all-time record for K-Pop girl groups.
With this, aespa have become the first girl group in history to have an album with over a million album sales during the first week of its release. 'Girls' now holds the record for the highest-selling K-Pop girl group album in first-week sales in Circle Chart (Gaon)'s history.
