Jeon Seung Bin's label has denied the actor assaulted his ex-wife actress Hong In Young.

According to reports, Hong In Young recently filed a police complaint at the Ilsan Dongu Police Station against Jeon Seung Bin for alleged domestic violence, and police have forwarded the domestic violence allegations to prosecution. It's said Jeon Seung Bin dragged Hong In Young by the hair and verbally and physically assaulted her for 2 hours until she fainted. The actress is reported to have sent in photos of the assault to police as evidence. 

Jeon Seung Bin's label Starhue Entertainment stated, "Firstly, we apologize for causing concern to so many people because of Jeon Seung Bin's past. As the legal representative revealed during the interview, Jeon Seung Bin was not at home during the time the plaintiff is claiming to have been assaulted. We've already submitted evidence there was no assault or verbal abuse during the police investigation. If there were such issues, divorce by mutual consent would not have happened at the time of the divorce settlement."

The agency continued, "This case is being forwarded to prosecution and is under investigation, so we ask you to refrain from making speculative reports. Actor Jeon Seung Bin and the label believe the truth will be revealed clearly through the investigation."

Jeon Seung Bin and Hong In Young were married in May of 2016 and divorced in April of 2020.
