Like many, Girls' Generation's Taeyeon has expressed anger due to the recent death of a horse from a stunt scene.
As reported, a retired racehorse used for a stunt scene in the drama 'The King of Tears, Lee Bang Won' has died from a wire. In light of this issue, Taeyeon has spoken up about the issue with extreme anger towards the drama's production team.
On her Instagram Story, she wrote:
"My heart aches and I'm in tears as I find it difficult just to watch the video. I can't believe they are executing a drama like that in today's age... It's such an unthinkable thing to do to an animal as well as to a human. Was there anyone who ran and checked the state of the horse right after this incident? Whose idea was it, to go on filming under those unreasonable conditions..."
With this message, Taeyeon shared the post by Korea Animal Rights Advocates (KARA), a letter directed to the Board of Directors at KBS.
In related news, 'The King of Tears, Lee Bang Won' will take a break from broadcasts for approximately 2 weeks due to this incident.
