Lizzy has been indicted by prosecution for drunk driving.
The former After School member's DUI case was sent to prosecution last month after she hit a taxi under the influence of alcohol. Her blood alcohol level was recorded at higher than 0.08%, which means she could have her license revoked. Neither party were harmed, and the taxi was not holding any passengers.
On July 1, legal insiders revealed Chief Prosecutor Lee Byung Seok of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office indicted Lizzy without detention on the charges of dangerous driving under the 'Additional Punishment Law on Specific Crimes' and violating the 'Road Traffic Act' with her DUI. This means the charges against her have been officially announced, and she'll now face trial.
Stay tuned for updates on Lizzy's case.

A Digital Breath Alcohol Tester cost like $40 or or less..and can be put in a handbag.. everyone who intend to drink shld carry one with him or her and make it a point to check before leaving to see if he or she exceed the driving limit.. even if he or she is feeling fine and can walk in a straight line..
its a responsible thing to do. or just call a cab even if its just 1 can of beer or 1 shot of soju.
