Actor Bae Sung Woo, who was investigated for a DUI, was summarily indicted on a fine.
According to legal documents, on the 11th, the Seoul Central District Prosecutor's Office summarily indicted Bae Sung Woo with a fine of 7 million KRW (6,381.42 USD)on charges of drinking and driving under the Road Traffic Act on the 6th.
The court's decision has not yet been made.
Bae Sung Woo was caught driving after drinking with an acquaintance in Sinsa-dong, Gangnam, Seoul last November. At the time of detection, the actor's alcohol level was at 0.08 percent or more, which was at the level that can cause his license to be revoked.
After this incident surfaced and was belatedly reported, Bae Sung Woo dropped out of the SBS TV drama 'Delayed Justice.'
