Park Jimin, the lead vocalist and the main dancer in BTS is well known for his huge popularity among locals, celebrities, influential acts, artists, journalist as well as world-class masters around the world. Recently he added another one as award winning and legendary singer-songwriter who is also the queen of Billboard and the icon of the 90s, Mariah Carey was seen to like one of his video posted by a fan on Twitter.

On August 26, a fan posted a video which was taken from Jimin's live on October 20, 2019 on her Twitter account. In the short clip, Jimin was asked by fans to recommend a song and he played “Beautiful” by Mariah Carey. During the live broadcast, Jimin also describe the song as "timeless". Mariah Carey who saw the post was seen to like it shortly after. The news immediately become a hot topic among fans as countless of warm reaction were seen especially a huge hope for collaboration between these two amazing singers.
