On the January 11 episode of MBC's 'I Live Alone', model Han Hye Jin shared her solitary New Year's day, as well as her first attempt at guest DJ-ing a radio program.

First, Han Hye Jin biked to a spot near Oksu station to see the first sunrise of 2019. Learning about this for the first time, Han Hye Jin's boyfriend Jun Hyun Moo commented from the studio, "If you came so close by my neighborhood, you should've come by for a bit. I didn't know you came to my area." 

Later, during Han Hye Jin's schedule as a radio DJ, it was revealed that Jun Hyun Moo listened to the entire broadcast, sending in endless text messages as a "listener". The announcer sent in to the live radio show, "Did the thing I sent you get there? It must be hard to speak with your cold, have strength!" Watching from the studio, the fellow 'I Live Alone' cast members poked fun with, "Does Han Hye Jin not reply to your texts that much?"

It also turned out that Jun Hyun Moo sent a surprise bouquet of flowers to the recording studio to cheer Han Hye Jin on! Han Hye Jin seemed genuinely surprised by the gift, and unable to carry out her radio DJ position momentarily, she chose to play a request song instead. Han Hye Jin then said, "Thank you [for the flowers]. I'll call you after this ends." 

However, after the broadcast, some netizens took to SNS portals to express their discontentment toward the "showmanship" of Jun Hyun Moo and Han Hye Jin's public relationship. 

A month ago in December, Jun Hyun Moo and Han Hye Jin became wrapped up in breakup rumors after viewers accused the two of "acting cold" during 'I Live Alone' recordings, or seeming "like they fought". At the time, netizens complained that this was the exact reason why public relationships were a bother, and requested that one member leave the show. 

Now that Jun Hyun Moo and Han Hye Jin have returned to being more open with their relationship on the most recent airing of 'I Live Alone', netizens are saying, "This is way too showy. Maybe Jun Hyun Moo got sidetracked for a little bit [last month] and now he's trying to make up for it", "They seriously looked so awkward a few weeks ago though", "I only like Jun Hyun Moo because I like Han Hye Jin, but once they break up, I'm not going to watch him any more", "Can they seriously get rid of one or the other, they're so distracting", "Okay their romance is boring now, it's been like a year already", and more.
