KittiB filed a lawsuit against fellow rapper Black Nut in June of last year due to lyrics he wrote in his track "Indigo Child". His lyrics state, "I'll be honest. I jacked off to KittiB's picture, but that was before 'Unpretty Rapstar'," and "I wouldn't screw KittiB if she was given to me for free."
At the sixth trial for the case on September 13 at the Seoul Central District Court, KittiB expressed she didn't know of Black Nut until he released the song, and her lawyer advised she file another suit after he held a lewd performance of the song. The video of the performance caused her to become a topic on internet communities, and she expressed she was uncomfortable with the sexual comments that were attached to posts concerning "Indigo Child" and the sexual gestures he made in his performance itself.
She concluded, "I want strong punishment for the defendant. I don't want something like this to happen again... This is not a diss competition, it's sexual harassment. He bragged, and during the last court session, he wore a Kimchi t-shirt (imagery associated with anti-feminist sentiment). I don't want a light sentence for someone who thinks little of the whole world. I want the court to show my strength to this person who thinks lightly of me as a woman."
