Gugudan SEMINA shared advice to the 'Produce 48' contestants.
On July 10, the unit held a showcase for their debut album 'SEMINA'. The members Kim Se Jung, Mina, and Nayoung, who participated in 'Produce 101' prior to their debut in Gugudan, were asked to share tips to the trainees on the new season.
Kim Se Jung said, "It's not easy to gather that many trainees in one spot. The time is precious so I hope they don't waste it in competing. It's not a war. It's more like, 'Let's create the stage together'.' I hope they don't compete. Also, I heard it's a joint competition with Korean and Japanese. I hope they create more refreshing and joyful performances."
Nayoung also shared, "Later on during promotions, I remember us (looking back and) saying that we should've enjoyed it more. There was big pressure to do well but I hope they know that the pressuring time is also a learning process. We were able to grow in that time of learning."
