After School's Kaeun is reportedly taking the center position on the Korean team on 'Produce 48'!
As 'Produce' viewers and fans know, 'Produce 48' will be a collaboration between K-pop trainees and Japanese trainees, taking inspiration from the Japanese girl group AKB48. According to reports, After School member Kaeun is taking on the "center position" alongside Japanese idol star Miyawaki Sakura of HKT48 - Team H.
On May 3, an insider revealed Kaeun has been chosen for the Korean center member, but a rep from 'Produce 48' stated, "We can't comment on the contestants or the selection of the center position." The rep further added it's not yet clear when the 'Produce 48' contestants will perform on 'M! Countdown'.
