Salary: 49,300,000 KRW ($46,000)
Total assets: 272,860,000 KRW ($254,771)
Age: 3~4 years older than the wife
Education: Graduate of a 4-year university
Job: Government employee / Public service personnel
Important qualities: Personality > Financial/economic stability > Family background
Ideal Wife
Height: 164.3cm (5'4")
Salary: 42,060,000 KRW ($39,272)
Total assets: 182,470,000 KRW ($170,373)
Age: 3~4 years younger than the husband
Education: Graduate of a 4-year university
Job: Government employee / Public service personnel
Important qualities: Personality > Physical qualities > Perspective
Government employee/public service personnel were the most preferred jobs for both male and female singles. Second most preferred jobs for an ideal wife was office worker (12.7%), third most preferred jobs was a teacher (11.4%), fourth was a doctor/pharmacist (10.4%), and fifth was a job in finance (5.5%).
The second most preferred jobs for a husband was doctor/pharmacist (9.8%), third an office worker (8.8%), fourth a job in finance (7.5%), and fifth an accountant (7.4%).
