According to Juan 7-dong Namgu Incheon Community Center on September 12, Mr. Kim Choon Seon donated 100kg of rice for those in need.

It's reported that Mr. Kim grew up in a poor financial environment and was unable to obtain proper schooling. Knowing the pain and hardships of those in need, Mr. Kim wanted to dedicate himself to help the needy. 

After wrapping up his business several years ago, Mr. Kim collected paper waste and earned 3,000 KRW (~2.66 USD) every day. With the savings from paper waste collecting, Mr. Kim has continuously made rice donations to local community centers during the holidays for the past 24 years.

Regarding his continuous donations, Mr. Kim commented, "It's something I've continuously done. I only feel comfortable once I do it."

This year's rice donations from Mr. Kim will be delivered to elders and single-parent families.
