Taeyang's concerts will be held at the Hotto Motto Field Kobe baseball stadium in Kobe, Hyogo, the girls will be lighting up the night with their highly-anticipated performance for their fellow YG sunbae. Previously, Black Pink held their Japanese debut showcase on July 20 at the respected Nippon Budokan Arena, selling out the venue as 14,000 seats were sold. More than 200,000 people applied to get tickets for the showcase demonstrating their rising fame in the land of the rising sun.
Furthermore, the girls are planning to attend various events in Japan such as the music festival A-Nation, fashion events Tokyo Girls Collection and Kobe Collection, and much more! Black Pink will be releasing their 1st Japanese album on August 30.
As of August 1, their "As If It's Your Last" music video exceeded 90 million views and they're looking to set the record with 4 MVs reaching 100 million views by their 1st anniversary (August 8).
Meanwhile, Taeyang will be kicking off his '2017 World Tour WHITE NIGHT' which coincides with his first solo comeback after three years. He will hold two concerts on August 26-27 in Seoul Jamsil Stadium. He will then move the world tour to Canada and the United States for several concerts in August and September.
