Their original Korean name ??? (romanticized as K-much) means 'snake head' and the term doesn't have a positive correlation in Korean culture. Their motto was "A boy group at the apex, like a snakehead" but that didn't really work out too well.
The boys launched a new fundraising project titled 'K-Much Renewal Project' which began back on January 16 and goes on until March.
The fundraising goal was set at $4,231.19 and they are well over that mark with $6,965.62 currently raised. For their latest update on February 20, they're asking fans to choose their new name!
The instructions are pretty straightforward. Fans will have three names to choose from: 1) Be.A (Be Artist/Be.A/ Become an artist), 2) Champ (Become the Idol Champion), 3) B.O.T (Boy on top). They will have to leave a comment in order for their vote to be considered.
A special camping trip has also been announced where lucky fans get to go camping with the stars and enjoy fun and games.
The good news is that the project has been extended to March 20, however the deadline for the camping award is March 6. Camping event will take place on March 11 to 12.
Did you hear that K-MUCH fans? It's time to take your pick!
