The '2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards' are set to honor several K-pop artists, reflecting the genre's growing influence on the global music scene. The 12th annual iHeartRadio Music Awards will take place on March 17, 2025, and will be broadcast live on FOX at 8/7 pm Eastern/Central.
K-pop has been spreading its influence globally, gaining popularity all across the globe. K-pop has solidified its position as a major genre in the music industry over the years and has been gaining recognition all over the world.
Many K-pop artists are making history with unforgettable collaborations and hit songs that are beloved worldwide. While Jimin's solo track "Who" has been nominated for Best Lyrics, BLACKPINK members Rosé and Lisa have both received Best Music Video nominations for their tracks "APT." and "Rockstar" respectively.
This year, the iHeartRadio Music Awards is also introducing categories dedicated to K-pop - K-pop Artist of the Year, K-pop Song of the Year, and Best New Artist (K-pop).
