Take a look at an exclusive inside scoop on what is in store for the 'Big 3' entertainment companies -- SM Entertainment, YG Entertainment, and JYP -- for 2017 provided by Xsports News.
SM Entertainment: "Golden lineup of TVXQ and Super Junior"
Both members of TVXQ and many members of Super Junior will be finishing up their mandatory military services, restoring the 'golden lineup' of the two popular groups. NCT will also be busy this year, staring with promotions with NCT 127. On top of that, S.E.S, a legendary girl group from the 90s, will also be making a comeback. EXO, who has had yet another successful year, will have an exciting year as well. There are no plans for additional debuts except for NCT.

YG Entertainment: "From Sechskies to Black Pink"
Big Bang will not be promoting as a whole for a while as T.O.P will be joining the military in February. However, starting with January 3 and Akdong Musician's comeback, YG artists will be consistently on stage in Korea. Sechskies will be releasing new music in both January and in April, and they will be holding an encore concert. WINNER, iKON, and Black Pink will be making comebacks as well. Psy, Epik High, and other artists are also continuing to work on new music.
JYP Entertainment: "Suzy's solo debut and TWICE & GOT7"
JYP has successfully created two major groups -- TWICE and GOT7 -- that follow the Wonder Girls and 2PM, and the two teams will continue to work actively in Korea, aiming to make more growth. Miss A's Suzy will be the first to kick off the year with her solo debut in January. The 2PM members will be making individual as well as group promotions on various projects until some of the members begin their military service. Artist-line -- Baek Ah Yeon, 15&, and other musicians -- will also continue to be on stage. One of their biggest goals is to grow DAY6. There are no plans to debut any new groups.
