As you all may know, EXO's very own 'baozi,' or Xiumin, is looking less and less like a 'baozi' nowadays.
That's because he has lost around 8 kg (~18 lbs) since the time he debuted! On the recently aired episode of 'Star Show 360,' Xiumin presided over a segment titled 'My Little EXO TV,' during which he revealed his personal method for weight loss.
The idol admitted, "The easiest way to lose weight is to not eat. But your body will become emaciated if you try to lose weight by not eating. So I prepared my own way of dieting but still eating."
According to the idol, you must wake up early in the morning to go for a long walk for about an hour or so. Afterwards, you break your fast by eating, and it's okay to eat whatever you want as long as you don't stuff yourself to the point of being full. Sounds like a no-brainer so far, right?

Then comes what some people may consider a bit difficult. Following breakfast, you must starve yourself again for four hours straight, that is until lunch time. If you are hungry at lunch time, then you eat something, and then starve again for four hours. It is much the same for dinnertime, making sure that you have not eaten anything for at least four hours before heading to bed.
Xiuimin explained at the end, "If you do this for about a month, then you will definitely not gain any weight, and you will have shed at least some pounds. What's most important is to be active. For those who attend school, you must wake up early in the morning to exercise. The second most important thing is to have perseverance. You absolutely need perseverance. Diligence, effort, and positivity: you can succeed at your diet of you practice these three things."
Well, every body type is different, so don't take Xiumin's tips too much to heart and do your research before jumping into any type of "diet," folks!
