As guests on the September 27 airing of 'Kim Chang Ryul's Old School,' INFINITE talked a bit about fan service.
The boys picked communication and conversation as their top service toward fans when asked what they think their best fan service is.

They explained, "We talk a lot during concerts and tell many stories as well. We also chat a lot [with fans] on our fan cafe. Because we talk so much with fans, every time we hold concerts, we go over the original time limit. The staff members were surprised to see [how much we communicate with fans]."
