Finally, the last round of JTBC's 'Girl Spirit' aired on September 27!
Last time, they revealed the four finalists to be Kei, Seunghee (Oh My Girl), U.JI, and Bohyung! On today's episode, they revealed that the fifth finalist, based on overall scores so far, was Ladies' Code's Sojung, so she moved up to the final with the other four.
They performed according to their ranking, and they did so in halves. The first to go was Spica's Bohyung, currently at number one, who performed Tashannie's "Warning" for the first half, which earned her 84 points, then Jessie J's "Who You Are" in the second.
Next, BESTie's U.Ji performed "U Go Girl" for the first half, but this proved lacking as Seo In Young said, "It was a predictable performance." She only got 78 points for that performance, but in the second half, she performed Lee Seung Hwan's "For Thousand Days," which rendered Seo In Young to tears.
Lovelyz's Kei performed "Western Sky" for 70 points and shed tears out of disappointment. Her second song was Jaurim's "Deviation."
Oh My Girl's Seunghee showed a different side by first performing Michael Jackson's "I Want You Back" and "Billie Jean" for a medley. She got 79 points. Her second song was an acoustic medley of Cho Duk Bae's "If You Came Into My Heart" and f(x)'s "Rum Pum Pum Pum."
The last to perform was wild card Sojung, who performed Park Sun Joo's "One's Way Back" and got 80 points. She also performed Boohwal's "Heeya."
The final results was Oh My Girl's Seunghee in second with 160 points and Spica's Bohyung in first with 173! Congrats! You can see their win in the video above.
