Police have requested another arrest warrant for accuser Ms. A in Lee Jin Wook's alleged sexual assault case after the previous request was denied.
The actor has been cleared of all charges following A's reported confession her claims were false, but it seems her changing story has compelled police to file a new request for an arrest warrant. The first request was denied last week when the Seoul Central District Court found it was difficult to justify a new arrest warrant.
Police explained, "We requested another arrest warrant because A keeps changing her story about confessing to a false accusation." A has stated she was coerced into making a confession and never made an official confession that she filed a false report.
