Former The Ark member Yuna Kim opened up about her past struggles on the first episode of 'Unpretty Rapstar 3', aired on July 29.
The rapper detailed her tough journey thus far, saying, "I made it to Super Week on 'Superstar K3'. Then I trained under YG Entertainment." After leaving YG, Yuna debuted as a member of girl group The Ark, but recently departed the group and the agency.

She continued, "Currently, I work part-time at an Italian restaurant. I have to work part-time in order to do the things I want. My parents and sister are in the United States. I'm apologetic toward them. My family is in a difficult situation right now. I want to succeed as soon as possible and be a good daughter. Now 'Unpretty Rapstar' is the only way that I can reach my dreams."
