During the broadcast, Hyesung proved just how close he is with Kangta. Hyesung had apparently told Kangta following the very first airing of 'Kangta's Starry Night' that he would "guest on the radio show whenever" if it means helping out his good friend. 

It seems Kangta knew this already, as he had said during the press conference for his radio show, "Hyesung and Lee Ji Hoon would come running to the sets of my live radio show even if I call them 30 minutes before it airs." However, Hyesung disputed this claim, joking, "I was a bit disappointed after I read the articles. [What Kangta said] doesn't really consider his friends' well-being. It takes me 42 minutes to get here from my house. If I were to get here in 30 minutes, I would have to drive very recklessly. I ask that you increase the time to 45 minutes."
