Get ready to vomit where you sit (or stand).
During the appeals trial just a few days ago, the older brother who was sentenced to prison for incestual rape was denied his plea for a lighter sentence - which is good because the sentence he got already seems plenty light enough...
The older brother (26 now) was under trial for sexually molesting his younger sister (15 now) since she was four years old at their home in Gangwon-do. After she entered the fourth grade and her body became more mature, he started to call her to the bathroom or his room to rape her for four years starting in 2010.
The original trial announced that he's been punished to seven years in prison and would have to go through 40 hours of a sexual assault treatment program. It was also revealed that the brother had gone to the Youth Detention Center six times for theft and other crimes. On top of that, he was nine years older so his younger sister was too scared to disobey.
The judge stated, "The accused claimed that the original punishment was heavy and unfair, so he appealed, but his wrongdoing, a crime against humanity by raping his half-sister multiple times to satisfy his sexual desire, is heavy." Oh, so that's why you gave him only seven years in prison.
What do you think of the punishment?
