This past June 2, the Seoul Central District Court ruled in favor of the plaintiff for a lawsuit Rain filed against Mr. Park for not removing his unlawfully placed junk off the singer's property. The Court ordered for Park to remove the waste he accumulated, making the suit the second instance in which Rain won against his tenant. Rain had requested Park to remove his junk but because he refused to listen, the singer resorted bringing suit against him.
Rain was also involved in another lawsuit with Park in the past regarding the lease agreement between the two. In 2009, Park had opened up a gallery on Rain's property and was sued by the singer failing to pay due rent. After removing the past rent, the court returned the remaining security deposit to Park and ordered him to vacate Rain's property.
However, Park disputed, "Because [Rain] didn't repair the building, my works became damaged," and attempted to collect damages but failed. Park also tried to sue Rain for forging documents but was instead charged a fine for defamation.
