Dogs are known to be extremely smart and loyal to their owners. If trained right, they can shake your hand, play dead, roll over, or do other sorts of cool tricks at your sole command. But can your dog greet a stranger by bowing its head? Can it turn on/off the lights? Even better, can it brew your coffee for you? Probably not. But there is one dog that can. And that dog is a genius canine named Hoya, a 3-year-old Labrador Retriever who lives with his owner in a small corner of Chungju in North Chungcheong province.

On an episode of SBS's 'Animal Farm' the production crew visits Hoya's home, where the puppy, upon hearing his owner's words that there are visitors, comes bounding out to give the visitors a warm welcome by bowing its head. Then the crew is led into the yard, and they witnessed Hoya perform tasks that you never imagined a dog could possibly perform. When the owner proclaims, "Aigoo~look how messy this yard is," Hoya, as if he was biding his time for this moment, immediately rises from his cage and brings his owner both the broom and dustpan. That's not all. As his owner prepares to water his plants and commands, "Turn on the water," Hoya pads over to the hose at lightning speed to turn the knob.
Hoya's diligence doesn't end outdoors. He is even a greater help indoors, as he switches the light on/off at his owner's direction, brews his owner's coffee, and even brings him snacks when he says, "I'm hungry."
The video featuring this genius dog Hoya was uploaded on SBS's YouTube channel on June 2, and has gained nearly 2 million views thus far. Check the video for yourself above if you don't believe me and let the "Awwwwww's" ensue!
