UPDATE -- A Mapo Police Station rep also revealed to OSEN that the police investigation has been completed while the investigation by prosecution is still going on, stating, "The netizen behind the spread of malicious rumors surrounding Seo Ji Soo has been arrested, and the case has been sent over to prosecution.
