It was recently revealed by a representative of B.A.P that TS Entertainment has yet to file a response to the lawsuit regarding the nullification of exclusive contracts.�

On December 22, the representative revealed to media outlet�OBS, "Currently, the petition has been submitted but TS Entertainment has yet to file a response. If the response is filed by the end of this month, a court date can be set. We are expecting it to take place around February or March."�

The added, "At first, the B.A.P members had hoped for an amicable settlement, but because the agency is making false claims on having de facto power, they are considering a lawsuit for defamation. As of now, the members are not in direct contact with the agency and the communication is taking place through legal representatives."�
