According to the police, Ms. Kim was driving around the Seoul National Cemetery area around 11:10 PM when police first suspected her to be drunk driving. When the police asked her to stop, Ms. Kim turned around and drove on the wrong side of the street. The clip above shows Ms. Kim speeding throughout the city and even bumping into another car around the 0:35 mark. Fortunately, no one was hurt from the minor accident.
Ms. Kim was caught 18 minutes after she first tried to elude the police. Her blood alcohol content (BAC) was revealed to be 0.113% (acceptable limit in Korea is 0.05%). Ms. Kim's license was revoked and she was arrested. The police commented that they will continue investigating the situation to fully understand what happened.
