Seo Ji Soo of Woollim Entertainment's new girl group Lovelyz is currently facing malicious rumors, and it's being reported that the Seoul Mapo Police Station's Cyber Crimes Unit has officially requested warrants in the search for the perpetrators.
On November 12, the Seoul Mapo Police Station stated that the cyber investigation team has requested a warrant for search and seizure to secure the accounts and IP addresses of the netizens involved as well as the original netizen(s) behind it all. One netizen is reported to have left a trail by contacting Seo Ji Soo through a phone call.
As previously mentioned, Seo Ji Soo will not be joining Lovelyz for their debut promotions due to mental distress. Rumors are saying that before her debut, she had sexually assaulted and distributed nude photos of her acquaintances. Woollim Entertainment has come forward to say that the rumors are absolutely false and will be taking legal action.
