FNC Entertainment has filed a police report after a porn site used an image of AOA's Mina without permission.
The agency stated on July 12, "We found out through internet communities that Mina's photo is being used illegally on adult websites. We filed a report with the cyber investigation team. We're currently waiting for their response. After talking with our legal team, we've judged that it would take a long time for her photo to be taken down through an e-mail request as the site is overseas and that we wouldn't know about the progress of it, so it would be more effective to file it with the cyber investigation team." FNC Entertainment also plans to meet with the local police for a formal investigation.

As previously reported, Newspaper 'Sports Seoul' (not to be confused with the online media outlet) revealed screenshots of an overseas porn site that showed Mina's photo with the question, "LIKE CHINESE WOMEN?" It was revealed that the photo was a screenshot (below) from an AOA 'love letter event' clip from two years ago.
