The song features his buddy Jay Park and touches upon his past experiences of being hurt and being betrayed.
His label Brand New Music had previously commented, "Swings' new surprise single 'Fallin' is a bridge between his previous mini album 'Major Depression' and the new mini album that he's preparing, 'Obsessive Compulsive Disorder'.
