SB Entertainment stated on December 18, "Han Ye Seul has signed with the production company behind SBS' 'Yawang', Verdi Media's subsidiary company SB Entertainment. We plan to enter an agreement with Zenith Media Contents for her overseas activities."

The label's CEO Yoon Young Ha stated, "We conscientiously recruited Han Ye Seul as a global star who we need for our entrance into the overseas market as she's a Hallyu star whose force is to be reckoned with... Although Han Ye Seul has already received Hollywood casting offers, we would like to focus on her domestic return first and are preparing for her to star in a lead role on a mini-drama series to air on major broadcast in the first-half of next year. She also plans to star in Hollywood blockbuster films."
