Jaejoong revealed what he wanted to do in Japan now that JYJ had won their lawsuit against Avex.
He said, "I want to first perform in Japan. If we can get freedom for distribution, I want to officially put out a Japanese album in Japan. If we become free as the results of the case dictate, we can go on broadcasts, too. I hope everything like that works out."
When asked if he hadn't forgotten his Japanese because he hadn't used it in a while, he replied, "People don't know, but I've been using a lot of Japanese". He added, "Everyone except Junsu is okay. Junsu's Japanese went down to the level of about a 2.5 year old. It's because he hasn't used it, really!".
JYJ and Avex suspended their exclusive contract back in 2010 and as the conflict of promoting in Japan escalated between them, Avex had released a public notice which falsely claimed that C-JeS's CEO was affiliated with gangsters and brought about the halt of promotions in Japan for the group. They also insisted that they had sole management over JYJ's Japanese activities and interfered with the group's attempt to put on a charity concert back in 2011, which led to the lawsuit that the court had ruled in favor of JYJ.
