Member Wooram of new hip hop girl group D-Unit who happens to be the younger sister of T-ara's Boram recently expressed disappointment in being unable to perform with her sister on the same stage.
T-ara had been preparing to end their activities at SBS' 'K-POP Yeosu Expo Super Concert' on August 1st, a stage D-Unit performed on ahead of their official debut on 'M! Countdown'.
However, in light of the recent controversies surrounding T-ara, the highly anticipated performance featuring sisters Boram and Wooram was unable to take place.
Wooram stated, "I was so happy to be able to perform on the same stage as my sister Boram, but I learned that we would not be able to perform together after the recent events. I'm disappointed, but I will work twice as hard for my sister as well."
D-Unit continued, "We are excited to be invited to perform at their closing concert, as the Yeosu Expo concert is becoming a highly anticipated brand-name performance."
The group performed songs 'Sleeping In' and 'Before The Weekend Comes' from their debut album, and recently made their official debut on 'M! Countdown' with "I'm Missin You" on August 2nd.
