Singer-producer J.Y. Park who was scheduled to hold his comeback performances this week on several music programs has postponed his return to a later date.
On May 9th, he alerted his fans of the unfortunate news via Twitter saying, "Because of an important project, I had to take a one-day trip to the U.S and give presentations at five different broadcast stations. By the time I got back to Korea, I had lost my voice. I had to unfortunately cancel all of my comeback performances this week. It sure is difficult to run a business and be a singer at the same time. I'll recover quickly and return with a much better performance."
J.Y. Park who displayed his wit and direct judging style on SBS's 'K-Pop Star' will be putting his roles as producer and judge on temporary hold to resume his activities as a singer.
Breaking his two year hiatus, J.Y. Park finally released his long-awaited album on April 29th. The title track "You're the One" and the collaboration song "Somebody Else" with Brown Eyed Girls' Ga-In has both been receiving positive feedback from the public as it ranked high on numerous music charts.
