Oricon has finally unveiled its rankings for the year of 2011, and many of Korea's top stars secured niches in several charts.
The Oricon charts are Japan's most recognized music barometers, allowing the public to understand the success of artists based on sales.
For the year of 2011, KARA, SNSD, TVXQ, and Jang Geun Suk managed to make their respective marks on Oricon's 'Yearly Single Ranking' and 'Yearly Album Ranking'. Furthermore, KARA and SNSD secured spots in the top 5 for Oricon's 'Artist Total Sales Ranking'.
