Producers of SBS's 'Warrior Baek Dong Soo' have confirmed that the drama will be concluding its run on October 10th with a total of 29 episodes. The drama was originally scheduled to be a 24-episode series, but thanks to its top positions on viewer ranking charts, producers agreed to extend it to 30 episodes. However, due to the storyline, they were forced to cut back one episode. Through Newsen, producers stated, "'Warrior Baek Dong Soo' will end with 29 episodes. On the 11th, we'll be airing a special instead. The content of the special needs more time to be developed."
