It was recently reported that actor Chun Jung Myung suffered an injury to his spine by falling off a horse while filming for his current MBC drama, "The Duo". On May 17th, Chun Jung Myung's agency came forth to state, "On May 12th at midnight, Chun Jung Myung suffered an injury to his neck and spine after falling off his horse. Shortly thereafter, he fell off his horse a second time, which caused the injury to get more severe. Despite that, he's wearing a neck brace for now as there is still some filming left." According to his agency, due to the actor's injury being somewhat severe, there is some risk to damaging his cervical disk in his back. After a proper diagnosis at the hospital, the doctor has advised Chung Jung Myung to rest and not undergo excessive body movements, but due to the tightness of the drama's filming schedule, the actor is unable to have much time off to recover. An agency representative stated, "He's currently withstanding drama shootings with physiotherapy and pain killers. Despite his severe pain, he's very determined to complete the shooting."
