Via tokyohive: Despite the recent turmoil with DSP over their contracts, the girls of KARA are doing big things in Japan. Most recently, their first Japanese original album, "Girl's Talk" received a platinum certification from RIAJ by selling more than 300,000 copies. Additionally, the RIAJ has certified their single, "Mister" as double platinum (over 500,000 sales) under the "Ringtone" category. Now, the girls are doing big things with their DVD sales. On February 23rd, KARA released their "KARA BEST CLIPS" DVD and Oricon has just updated their weekly DVD ranking chart showing KARA at the top with 132,132 sales.
