Having been at the top for five consecutive weeks, the SNSD girls relinquished their top spot to fellow girl group, KARA who won their first-ever K-Chart on Music Bank for Lupin. After seeing CNBLUE and 2AM competing for the top spot in the past months, it was the battle of the girl groups on the March 12th episode of Music Bank as SNSD battled it out with KARA and T-ara for the #1 position. SNSD had been nearly unstoppable with their Oh! hit single and they weren't around tonight as they were taking a week's break to prepare for their next concept, dubbed Black Soshi. KARA and T-ara have been almost going head-to-head since making their comebacks at almost the same time with Lupin and I Go Crazy Because of You respectively. But it was KARA who came out on top eventually in the 3-way girl group battle, just edging out SNSD by 122 points. This was their 3rd trophy after two consecutive #1 finishes on M! Countdown in the past fortnight. This was a significant moment as it was their first K-Chart win since their debut 3 years ago. No wonder they teared. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SjwhDPn5XXg Congratulations to them! Will they complete the Grand Slam with Mutizen on Inkigayo? Stay tuned! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SvMlnVdR7SM
