Just before Kara's comeback with Wanna in July, the girls had been to Okinawa, Japan in June for a short vacation to wind down and take in the sights. It was a pretty short vacation to reward Kara for their efforts previously put in for Pretty Girl and Honey. They look really pretty, cute in them in the pictures which were included in the 60p special photo booklet and you should have that, if you had bought the special limited edition of their 2nd album, Revolution.
